Annandale Care Center is Hiring a Human Resource Director Near Annandale, MN
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, ensuring staff training and staff training programs are in compliance with current regulations, coordinating employee benefit programs including employee vacation and leave programs, maintenance of Personnel Policies and Procedures and enforcing company policies and practice.
Education in Human Resource management or comparable preferred.
Experience in Health Care related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
