The Healthcare Recruiter p erforms full cycle recruitment which includes identifying, sourcing, and interviewing qualified applicants for various clinical and non-clinical roles. Researches, develops, and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent that will support the organization’s mission and brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment and have demonstrated initiatives for recruiting for diversity.
• Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, database management and internet.
• Excellent interpersonal assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to address several tasks simultaneously.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
