Metropolitan Animal Emergency and Specialty Clinic is now hiring a Client Service Representative to join their team of CSRs.
The right candidate is a motivated team player with at least one year of customer service experience. Must demonstrate strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Must be dedicated to promoting and fostering a positive, healthy work environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for clients. It is imperative that you are informed, polite, and professional at all times.

Responsibilities
•Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.
•Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/ patient information, update and maintain medical records.
•Presenting clients with financial options and processing payments.
•Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and workspace are clean and organized.
