Responsibilities

* Greet Customers as they enter our stores.

* Provides the Customer with the most comfortable, enjoyable experience in the industry.

* Goes above and Beyond to make sure the Customer receives world class service.

* Provides support to co-workers when time allows.

* Demonstrates functionality of furniture at an expert level to customers.

* Meets/Exceeds sales goals on a regular basis.

Minimum Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Associate.

* Retail Furniture experience is a plus.

* Basic Math skills, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, extroverted personality, and persuasive.

* Basic ability to read, write, and understand the English language is required.

* Basic ability to operate a computer and use Outlook is required.

* Must be reliable and flexible in scheduling and assignment location.

* Bi-Lingual Candidates are preferred.

* Must be 18 years of age or older.
