Overview Of Position
The Business Systems Analyst IV will be a member of the Technology team and will be expected to contribute to the development of the company's value chain execution systems strategies, architecture, standards& policies, as well as design, implementation, delivery, upgrade and support of technologies enabling business function.
Lead and facilitate Workshop Sessions, Design, Configuration, Integration, Automation, Validation, Implementation and Support.
Job Responsibilities

1. This position will be the Senior Business System Analyst for implementation/upgrade of Supply Chain Execution solution and will be the go-to person for all things in Supply Chain Execution within the Technology team.
2. Maintain close coordination with functional owners. Designing solutions. Leading Fit-gap Analysis, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Functional configurations, Technical Integrations, Testing, Implementation, Support.
3. Willwork on projects both large and small, evaluating scope, recommending approaches, timelines, and development needs, and rolling up your sleeves to do some configuration and development work as needed. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
4. Sound understanding of Operations Research and Best of Breed WMS process
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations team, Business and Vendors

III. Scope
Business Systems Analyst IV will be a member of the Technology team and will be expected to contribute to the development of the company's value chain execution systems strategies, architecture, standards & policies, as well as design, implementation, delivery, upgrade, and support of technologies enabling business function. This position does not have any direct reports.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelors or Master's in Engineering or equivalent education. Experience with Operations Research Techniques would be a big plus.
• 8 years Techno-Functional experience implementing Supply Chain Execution and Logisticssolutions.
• 5 years of experience with implementing and supporting Warehouse Management solutions like Koerber (High-Jump), Blue Yonder or WMOS or other relevant Warehouse Management Systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with WCS/PTL systems
• At least1full lifecycle implementation of complete WMS including WCS solutionas Techno-Functional SME
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Warehouse Management process from functional as well as technical standpoint.
• 5 years of experience in defining warehouse management processes and
• Experience in designing integrations solutions between Warehouse Management Solution and other enterprise systems would be a plus
• 5 years of experience in analyzing data and generating operational insights.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is desired.
• 5 years of experience with data model, DBMS like Oracle/SQL Server
• Deep understanding of SDLC best practices and software engineering practices.
• The ability to show a high degree of initiative, to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs, and to continuously meet deadlines.
• Strong organization skills, prioritization, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a flexible work environment.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with business stakeholders independently and drive resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to consistently "peel the onion" to uncover opportunities for improvement with our team and our business and vendor partners.
• Willing and able to provide off-hours support if/as needed.
• Willing to relocate to one of our DCs at Havre De Grace
