Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center is Hiring a Clinical Psychiatrist Near DeBary, FL

Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center is looking for a bilingual board certified or board eligible psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary mental health practice. The practice is located in Debary, Florida. This is a full time employed position. Independent contractor agreements would be considered.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am -5 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health conditions and develop treatment plans

• Administer psychopharmacological treatments to patients as needed

• Monitor and adjust medication regimens based on patient response and side effects

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

• Refer patients for alternative treatments provided at the office including TMS Therapy, Ketamine Infusions and Spravato Therapy

• Perform TMS Therapy Mappings after training and certification.

• Supervise patients undergoing Spravato Therapy after training.

• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistant.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in psychiatry

Experience

- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry

- Completion of a psychiatry residency program

- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans

- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to prescribe medications as needed

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

- Experience and comfortable evaluating and treating patients of all ages.
