Responsibilities and Duties
- End-to-End Project ownership to include project kick off meeting with stakeholders, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, project management of internal and external team members.
- Orchestrate internal and external customer project communication dependencies, timeline, milestones, and progress.
- Knowledge of Fiber Engineering, Outside Plant, and field operations processes required for each project inclusive of budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and close out packages.
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Forecasting staffing needs to accomplish budgeted production.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Setting productivity goals for each construction team.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for footage completed.
- Ensure adequate scheduling and staffing to achieve budgeted homes passed goal.
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to sit for periods of time and be able to perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing and walking in construction areas.
- Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with company policy. Demonstrate dependability through good attendance, punctuality and adherence to timelines and schedules.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and project a positive attitude. Able and willing to continue business skill development, training, and schooling as needed.
