Specialist, Early Talent Programs
Our client is seeking a passionate Talent Partner/Program Specialist to support their rapidly scaling Early Talent Program. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects related to early-in-career efforts, including driving full-cycle intern hiring and intern programming.
Responsibilities :
• Source, engage, and hire top university-level talent, primarily across non-technical teams.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on diversity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers as a talent advisor to understand and address their unique hiring needs effectively.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the intern lifecycle with an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience at every stage.
• Continuously advocate for and implement emerging best practices for DE&I-focused hiring.
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives within the Early Talent Programs team.
Qualifications :
• 2 years of full-lifecycle university recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talented, diverse candidates across various teams, locations, and profiles.
• Experience in efficiently handling high-volume resumes, emails, phone screens, project management, etc., particularly during peak seasons throughout the year.
• Drive the onboarding and orientation process for interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Plan and organize summer events, including social gatherings, networking opportunities, and volunteering activities to enhance the overall experience for interns.
• Focus on delivering a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders involved in the early career program
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the early career program, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks and logistical support.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for interns, addressing their inquiries, providing guidance, and fostering a supportive environment throughout their internship journey.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and campus representatives to strengthen relationships and expand the reach of the early career program.

• A genuine passion for working with early career talent and for facilitating connections to exciting opportunities.
• Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; familiarity with core DE&I concepts and best practices in the university recruiting space.
• Experience in early career program management.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and early career sourcing platforms (e.g., RippleMatch, Handshake, WayUp).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving function.
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
