Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Building Maintenance Technician needed for our client in Middletown, CT.

This position is responsible for quality repairs, refurbishment, check-in, and modification of all modular buildings and containers in the yard including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair. The selected candidate can expect to work independently in a fast paced environment and will lift up to 50 lbs in the performance of assigned duties. Schedule is 1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with occasional overtime. Pay $20.00 - $24.00 per hour to start depending on experience.

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Some knowledge of computers.
-2 years Carpentry experience.
-Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is helpful.
-Valid driver's license.
-Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings.
