Working as a Large Format Installer, we can expect the following:

You will be responsible for installing vinyl graphics and signs in corporate offices, businesses, and event spaces while abiding by the highest quality standards in the industry. The projects you will be a part of; are including but not limited to installation of graphic applications on all types of vehicles, Murals, fleet graphics, windows, walls, and floors.

Job Duties

• - Installation of vinyl graphics, wallpaper, acrylic lettering, stand offs, banners
• - Can use a wide range of power and hand tools to build, install, and remove signage
• - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teammates
• - Ability to lift 50 lbs
• - Positive can-do attitude, good attendance record
• - Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• - Ability to work directly and professionally with clients
• - Assist with assigned special projects – Process improvement, workflow development, etc.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm with overtime as needed.

Pay rate: Pay based on experience.

Position Structure:

This position is located in the Grand Format Department and reports directly to the Department Manager

Candidate must be motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, be organized, detail oriented and have a basic understanding of graphics file, GF print production process, substrates and usage.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must:

• 2 years of previous experience production experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the sign industry including products, substrates, media, and installation techniques
• Strong organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Creative in problem solving.
• Ability to accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation
• Punctual and self-motivated
• The employee must be available 8 hours per day and willing to work overtime and extra days should the workload demand it.
• Experience and education are important factors.
• Comfortable working on scaffolding, elevated platforms, scissor lifts, ladders

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework or industry training a plus.

Language Skills:

Must have excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from customers, employees and management.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job. The employee is required to sit, stand, kneel and crouch. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
