PrideStaff is Hiring a Warehouse Associate- forklift Near Novi, MI
a world leader in the field of Automotive Systems.
Temp to hire.
Compensation,$16
Shifts, 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday with optional over time on Saturday.
Responsibilities:
Depending on the specific area assigned, assists in some or all of the following:
•Receipt of incoming materials, product or returns
•Movement of stock to appropriate locations within the warehouse
•Utilization of industrial powered trucks, such as hi-los, swing reaches, stand-ups, and floor jacks
•Verification of part locations and quantities
•Gathering of merchandise for distribution to the customer
•Preparation of outgoing shipments
•Inventory control
Required Skills/Qualifications
•High School Diploma or GED
•Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
•Must be able to work effectively with little supervision
•Must be organized, have excellent communication skills and proficiency in Math
Desired Skills
•1-2 years Warehousing experience within the Automotive industry preferred •Equipment safety and operations training preferred
•Powered industrial vehicle experience (i.e. Banding equipment, forklifts,pallet jacks, stand-up order pickers, stretch wrap machine, swing reach truck) preferred
•Experience with bar scanning equipment is a PLUS
