This role provides a unique opportunity to start at the entry level verifying paperwork from our restaurants and learning processes in the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. The willingness to do a multitude of tasks ranging from running errands to helping out when others take time off will be imperative to your success.

Hours per week: 40 Pay per hour is based on capability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Greet customers. -Answer the phone. -Scan documents. -Distribute mail. -Verify paid outs, miscellaneous deposits, cash and credit card deposits. -Reconcile and collect customer charges. -Reconcile tax exempt tickets. -Reconcile and stuff accounts payable checks. -Enter accounts payable invoices. -Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates should possess: -The ability to navigate efficiently in Microsoft programs such as Windows File Explorer, Word and Outlook. -Proficiency in Excel. -A positive upbeat attitude. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -The ability to work effectively with both employees and customers. -Strong attention to detail. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities to meet deadlines. -Ability to multi-task. -Ability to use scanner and copier efficiently. -Willingness to help others.
