Intelliloan is hiring experienced Mortgage Sales Managers.

The Sales Manager will need to be able to handle high volume levels and make sure their team meets the required productivity standards. Our ideal candidate must possess a hands-on working style with an in-depth knowledge of loan processes. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day hands-on support as a manager, prioritizing of assignments and the ability to work with a large team of staff members.

**Your Responsibilities:**

* Attract and retain hard-working sales professionals

* Lead and develop a team of MLOs and optimize their day to performance

* Conduct effective daily, weekly, monthly team meetings and formal 1:1s with direct reports

* Monitor the tasks performed to ensure that loans are happening within time to task

* Follow up immediately with members on tasks outside expected turn time

* Determine opportunities and trends for team improvement

* Solve issues, restructure loans, determine solutions.

* Understand UW guidelines (Freddie and Fannie) as well as working knowledge of DU & LP

* Training and integration of new team members

* Training and performance management

* Compliance Training

* Performance/deficiency training

**Qualifications:**

* 2 years mortgage management experience

* Extensive knowledge of all loan product types

* Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

* Proven leadership skills

* Strong problem-solving ability

* Organizational skills an attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks

* Must work well under pressure with changing deadlines

* Must be able to meet and exceed company unit and revenue goals

* Flexibility to work extended hours
