One of Alliance Solutions Group major clients is currently seeking a well-qualified, Pharmacy Prior Authorization Specialist / Collections Specialist in Milkwaukee, WI.

Role Specifics : Collection specialist - customer account specialist. You would be on a smaller team in an office setting.

Specific Job Duties-

Make collection calls for outstanding invoices

Assist in the production of the collection letters

Communicate and establish good relationships with facilities to obtain information as needed to assist with billing

Make outgoing calls to insurers

Environment- cubicle space in office

Schedule - M-F 8 : 30a-5p with a 30 min break , no weekends. - ON SITE in Milkwaukee, WI!
