The WMS Superuser-Distribution is responsible for local/account-specific support and reports into an operational P&L with a dotted line to the corporate deployment team. This position will receive direction on support needs, how to troubleshoot, and work prioritization from the regional superuser; however, this role reports to the site management and can receive day-to-day instruction from local management. Superuser responsibilities may be in addition to a permanent job, such as a supervisor. This position serves as technical support for operations and acts as the liaison with Information Technology, Implementations, and/or LMS teams on behalf of the account. Functions as an internal consultant regarding system functionality required by operations as well as performing minor configuration changes and end-user training. This position engages in new business work, site initiatives, conversions, and ongoing system maintenance activities. Evaluate processes to establish the effectiveness and measure the results of the site’s performance. Defines problem areas within the operations and develops creative solutions.
