The Manager of Talent Management will support the design and implementation of progressive talent management and development strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role demonstrates an execution mindset with a bias for action. The Manager of Talent Management will work in partnership with the Director of Talent Management to drive talent initiatives in an organization experiencing transformation change. Should have a proven track record of successful talent strategies that drive a high-performance culture.
