The Manager of Talent Management will support the design and implementation of progressive talent management and development strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role demonstrates an execution mindset with a bias for action. The Manager of Talent Management will work in partnership with the Director of Talent Management to drive talent initiatives in an organization experiencing transformation change. Should have a proven track record of successful talent strategies that drive a high-performance culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute a comprehensive talent management strategy across the enterprise.
• Implement leadership development programs and succession planning.
• Adjust training and development initiatives to address changing workforce trends, emerging training methods and dynamic operational objectives
• Assist with expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding talent development methods and tools
• Offer consultative services to operational business units that lead to short-term and long-term talent development programs
• Manage the department budget to ensure responsible use of company resources
• Exemplifies the desired culture, mission, vision and values of the organization
• Facilitate engagement surveys and resulting action planning
• Support talent reviews and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and close talent gaps.
• Supportchange management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform talent decisions and measure outcomes.
• Perform special projects as needed

• Proven track record of success in talent management within a large, complex global organization.
• Proven track record of implementing recognition programs
• Strong experience with Talent Management configuring HRIS systems
• Proven experience in performance management process that drive a pay-for-performance culture
• Experience integrating Learning Management Systems and marketing its usage
• Experience in diversity, equity and inclusion
• Strong background in organizational development and change management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to align talent management strategies with business goals.
