Job Number: R0196924 AI Solutions Cyber Security Engineer
Key Role: Assist AI driven sof tware solution in obtaining ATO at IL 4-6 level environments. Architects, develops, and operationalizes sof tware solutions and systems that perform cyber data analytics at scale in a variety of te chn ology platforms. Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees. Basic Qualifications: * 2 years of experience developing Risk Management Framework ( RMF ) products and working through system accreditations to ensure RMF implementation
* 2 years of experience supporting and working across the DoD cybersecurity and information assurance processes
* Experience interfacing with Information System Security Officers ( ISSO ) and Information System Security Managers ( ISSM ) , including reviewing documentation, systems security plans ( SSPs ) , risk assessment reports, accreditation packages, and Plan of Actions and Milestones ( POA & Ms ) * Experience providing subject matter expertise in a cyber domain, including vulnerability management and assessment, scanning tools, and assessing system compliance with security controls
* Experience with the DoD and Department of the Navy ( DON ) Assess and Authorization ( A & A ) process and RMF across all levels of the Authorization process for both Navy and Marine Corps
* Experience reviewing policy , planning compelling evidence documents, and writing test results for NIST 800-53 Security Controls and Assessment Procedures
* Ability to work independently to develop RMF A & A documentation and artifacts to obtain RMF Authority to Operate ( ATO ) * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience in DoD cybersecurity and information assurance in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications: * Experience providing configuration management ( CM ) for information system security sof tware, hardware, and firmware
* Experience as a System or Network Administrator
* Experience with Windows and Linux environments
* Experience analyzing te chn ical and policy documentation for DoD organizations
* Experience building training materials in compliance with DoD or DON RMF process training
* Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service ( eMASS ) * Master's degree in Cybersecurity or IT
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional ( CISSP ) Certification
* Governance, Risk, and Compliance ( GRC ) , CISM, CCISO, CISSP, GIAC, GSLC, or CASP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
