Virtual BankerJob ID2024-11182Job LocationsUS-GA-LawrencevilleOverviewThe Virtual Banker will work to provide a complete range of bank services utilizing Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) live video technology connected to branches across the banks footprint. The Virtual Banker will provide exceptional customer service, which includes cashing checks, depositing checks, account servicing, account maintenance, and explaining products that may be available to meet the needs of the customer. This position will build relationships with video banking customers and identify sales opportunities, including new accounts, cross sell of existing accounts, and loan opportunities.
