What will you be working on?

• Heavy database usage including maintaining and updating multiple databases within a scheduled timeframe
• Generate and issue reports
• Answer multi-line phone system, take messages, greet and announce guests
• Document control using existing systems
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
• Heavy usage of scanning and photocopying equipment
• Set-up and tear-down for in-house training events
• Ship & receive packages
• Other duties as assigned

What's the schedule?

The schedule for this position will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.

What's the salary?

The hourly rate for this position is starting at $18/hour DOE.

Qualifications include:

• HS Diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred
• Aviation knowledge will be beneficial in this role, but not required
• Proper telephone etiquette; professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Organizational and time-management skills
• A desire to get the job done right the first time
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet and maintain crucial deadlines with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with changing priorities and ability to do adapt to new priorities without losing sight of overall responsibilities
• Previous experience in administrative or document control support roles will be beneficial
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail is required
• Proficiency using standard office software including Microsoft Office: Excel, Office, SharePoint, Outlook & Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro
