Workforce Scheduling Flex Job Summary The Developer Lead is responsible for leading teams in developing, documenting, educating and articulating moderately complex business requirements to support enterprise business solutions initiatives, ranging from vision to implementation, strategy, development and tactical execution of objectives. Incumbent will also ensure team members are effectively contributing expertise in system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documenting the development of all lifecycle phases. Knowledge, experience and the ability to lead teams in data gathering, program logic development, coding, testing and documentation as well as experience in Application Systems Programming Design & Analysis using various programming languages. Experience as a Programming Lead in at least four (4) large-scale projects.
