SPVSR, QUALITY ASSURANCE-Helena, MT

(Position is On Site, not remote )

The primary focus of this position is the supervision of the Quality Assurance team. Primary tasks would include but not limited to, team task assignments, quality monitoring, team evaluations, development, implementation, and maintenance of internal training for new and existing team members.

Responsibility will also include developing and maintaining metrics/data on team. The supervisor is responsible for the results of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards in Claims, Provider Enrollment, etc.
• Analyze data to find areas for growth.
• Review and evaluate
• Conduct internal audits
• Testing skills
• Create reports to track progress using Business Objects or other tools.
• Review processes to ensure they align with current trends.

Requirements:

• Professional demeanor, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong computer application skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Skilled in group facilitation and managing effective discussion and dialogue to enhance the learning experience
• Min 1 year supervisory experience
• Medicare/Medicaid and/or Health Insurance experience pref
