As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Director, Commercial Operations and Analytics to join our team.What You Will Achieve:The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role, reporting to VP Finance, will lead a team focused on managing commercial operations, optimizing processes, and leveraging analytics to uncover insights that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, adept at synthesizing complex data, and possesses strong leadership skills.How You Will Achieve It:Develop and execute the overall commercial operations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.Oversee and enhance sales and marketing operations, including pricing, contracts, forecasting, demand planning, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.Lead a team of analysts responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support key business decisions and initiatives.Utilize advanced analytics techniques to drive actionable insights and recommendations that optimize business performance, revenue generation, and cost efficiency.Leverage data-driven insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, enabling the company to stay ahead of the competition.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor and communicate commercial operations performance to senior leadership.Translate complex data into compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, finance, and other teams, providing data-driven recommendations to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to commercial operations and analytics, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.Job Requirements What You Need to Achieve It:Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
