Duties and Responsibilities: Employee will be required to learn all essential steps in the process of replacing glass components and related parts on passenger and commercial vehicles. These processes will be instructed to employee by a certified replacement technician primarily through OJT (on the job training). Employee will be required to obtain certifications from the AGSC (Auto Glass Safety Council) and SRP (Shat-R-Proof Incorporated). Once training is complete, and certifications are met, employee will be required to perform all essential steps in the replacement process on their own to the expectations of Novus Glass. Verbal communication with office staff and customers through face-to-face interaction as well as telephone, text messaging, and email are all essential duties of this position. A company vehicle and all necessary tools will be provided by the company. Employee is expected to keep vehicles and tools in good operating condition and in an organized manner. Daily loading and unloading of all required supplies and parts will be the responsibility of the employee. 

Education and Work Experience:

· No previous work experience in the industry is required

· High school diploma/GED or equivalent is required

· Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift 75-100 lbs.

· Able to work in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, cold and hot weather).

· This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work 40 hours/week. It is common in the busier months (April-October) to work over 40 hours/week.

Paid Holidays: New Years Eve- New Years Day- Memorial Day - July 4th - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day and Day After Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and day after Christmas (dependent on when it falls)

Chart:

Signing Bonus- $2,500 (50% on first pay period following 60- day probation period and remaining 50% paid at first pay period after 6 successful months on the job)

Recreation Bonus – annually $500 – Recreation bonus is to promote our employees to be active and involved in healthy recreation activities and hobbies outside of work. Examples of items that qualify and will be reimbursed. All reimbursements must be approved in advance of submitting request for payment with a receipt for your purchase. (ie: Ski pass, athletic club membership, Art supplies or education, Activity gear such as yoga matts, bike supplies, paddle board, Kayak etc…)

PTO: paid time off will be earned annually and deposited in your employee bank on January 1 each year. Year one (1) of employment you are eligible to earn 8 days of PTO. After 60 days we will deposit 4 PTO days in your employee bank then at your 6-month anniversary you will receive the final 4 days of PTO. Then each full calendar year following your first year of employment your designated PTO days will be deposited in your employee bank for the upcoming 12 months. At the end of each calendar year if you have unused PTO days 50% of those days will be paid on your final paycheck of that calendar year.

After 60-day onboarding timeline: 4 days paid time off (PTO) at your 6-month anniversary another 4 days will be deposited. Then each full calendar year proceeding your first full year of employment you will receive 8 PTO days on January 1 for year 1 and 2 of employment - 70% paid health insurance - Simple IRA auto enroll company match 50% up to employee contributing 6% (ie: employee contributes 6% of pay company contributes 50% of 6% or 3%)
