We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Covina Ca in a per diem role. You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an out-patient setting
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
• Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
