Forensic Recovery Specialist Team Leader

NEW POSITION

• FT position
• Guaranteed 37.5 hrs/week or 2 years then transition to fee for service
• The Forensic Recovery Specialist Team Leader will provide supervision to 5-7 Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS).
• CRS will be supporting adults with substance use disorders (SUD) on medication assisted treatment (MAT) in the various locations of the Philadelphia Department of Prison's (PDP) and in the community.
• Team leader will monitor and review CRS documentation, conduct Initial ad Revised Individual Recovery Plans (IRP) evaluation.
• Reports directly to the Regional Director

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree AND two years of mental health direct care experience , which may include experience in peer support services. Dates and description of mental health direct care experience must be clearly documented on resume
• Must be dependable, a team player, possess organization skills, be a self-starter, creative, empathic
• Have reliable transportation
• Pre-employment clearances
• Must be able to travel anywhere in Philadelphia
