*Full-time:80 hours biweekly: 8:00AM-4:30PM
-Typically,Monday through Friday.
-Most weekends & holidays off.
-On-callrotation.
The Renovations Coordinator is tocoordinate renovations for Woodcrest Villas apartments and villas. Coordinationof these areas involves planning and procedures for work duties, with theprimary goal of renovating in accordance with MHC, Federal, State, and Localcodes. This role is performed in accordance with Mennonite Home CommunitiesCore Values, Mission Statement, regulations, and servers as leadership withinthe Facilities Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ValidPA Drivers License and a minimum of two years driving experience required
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Technicalschool certification preferred
- Aminimum of at least five (5) years of experience in commercial building orresidential housing construction and maintenance or construction experience preferred
- Computerskills needed
- Ensurethe quality services are provided efficiently and effectively in therenovations of apartments and villas. Acts as the main point of contact andensures safe working conditions are maintained in all areas
- Developplans and goals to ensure quality control issues are addressed. Standardizesapproach and process across portfolio
- Proactivelyinspects all sites to identify issues or potential issues that need to beaddressed. Request training and/or information to define hazards orenvironmental risk if not known
- Cleansouts apartments and villas, disposes of items appropriately
- Supervises,motivates, defines MHC standards, and communicates effectively with outsidecontractors and staff
