Junior Graphic Designer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow and maintain corporate and brand identities, style guides, and templates.

- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to fulfill design tasks.

- Design creative projects, marketing and sales materials, and product-related designs.

- Assist with email and social media designs that follow and complement the brand identity.

- Lend your experience in creating web banners and marketing images to be used on Shopify and online marketplaces like Amazon and Home Depot.

- Support product photography efforts, including studio shooting, editing, cleaning, and optimization.

- Handle pre-press duties including color correction, retouching, packaging, and preparing print-ready files.

- Proficiency in using the Mac operating system and computing interface.

- Ensure branding standards are consistently upheld across all digital, packaging, and print materials.

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes:

- 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing/e-commerce capacity.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, with 2 years of experience.

- Ability to plan, design, and implement branding and style guides across various marketing materials.

- Experience with product photo retouching and manipulation.

- Demonstrated excellence in creative design, supported by a graphic design portfolio.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Passion for creative marketing and digital technologies, with an interest in UX/UI experience design.

- Familiarity with basic video production/editing knowledge is a plus, especially for reels and social videos.

- Experience in e-commerce, Shopify web store design, and Klaviyo email design is ideal.

This is a full-time position based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
