JOBTITLE: Associate-Production

Job Description 

•Performs all tasks associated with the assembling of products, while followingwritten and verbal work instructions. 

• Eachoperator is responsible for working in a safe and efficient manner asprescribed by company policy, as well as meeting productivity requirements foreach job performed and producing quality products. 

• Utilizeexisting and new equipment, machinery and processes necessary to complete theproduction of products in a safe and efficient manner. 

• Readand follow work instructions and perform work as assigned by the productionsupervisor. 

• Performall set-ups, minor adjustments to machines and minor maintenance of assignedworkstation. 

• Checkfor correctness of materials, assembly tools, and gages before and during eachmanufacturing operation. 

• Performvisual inspections of manufactured products in accordance with Qualitystandards. 

• May berequired to accurately record data related to production and quality, bothmanually and electronically. 

•Communication of in process items with employees on other shifts. 

• Reportsafety issues and work related accidents as they arise to the Supervisor. 

•Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 

•Responsible for housekeeping within his or her assigned workstations, includingthe removal of waste and scrap on a daily basis. 

• Performother related duties as assigned by management. 

Job Requirements  

• 1-2 yearsin Manufacturing setting is preferred
• HighSchool Diploma (of GED equivalent)
• Abilityto read, write understand basic math, basic computer skills
• Followwritten and verbal instruction
• Stand forlong periods of time
• Lift upto 25 or 50 lbs (depending on location)
• Backgroundcheck and drug screening required
