Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supervising staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Train, develop, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality performance
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong selling skills to drive sales and meet targets
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Experience in conducting interviews and training development
- Ability to supervise staff and delegate tasks efficiently
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in shift management is preferred

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
