Wage range: 90-110K Bonus, Vehicle Allowance etc. Job Responsibilities Manage all aspects of HVAC projects for high end homes. Collaborate internally with engineering department to ensure accurate scope of work and costs. Manage job costs and budget. Minimize cost. Complete work in progress reviews. Visit job sites to communicate progress, safety needs, and opportunities with the production department. Bill projects Complete buyout pricing with subcontractors and for large equipment and material orders. Stay up on the latest products and technology in the HVAC industry. Ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Required Skills & Experience Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-In-Training (EIT). 10 years of experience in HVAC design and project management Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Highly organized and goal driven Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Project management experience Desired Skills & Experience Construction or field experience Customer service experience Salesforce or CRM experience HVAC (mechanical) experience Estimating experience Eligibility Requirements Employment/education will be verified.
