What are the advantages of working this position?

This position is scheduled to work 2-12 hour shifts per week on Saturday and Sunday ONLY. 1st Shift Baylor Nurses work 7AM-7PM on Saturday and Sunday ONLY and receive a 4 hour bonus for each 12 hour shift worked. 2nd Shift Baylor Nurses work 7PM-7AM on Saturday and Sunday ONLY and receive a 6 hour bonus for each 12 hour shift worked. Essentially, you are eligible for our Full Time benefit package and are only required to work 24 hours per week.

What does this position entail?

This position is responsible for delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process by effectively interacting with patients, family members, and other employees while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
