Overview:

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in senior care or nursing preferred
• Familiarity with medical documentation and eClinicalWorks software is a plus
• Knowledge of behavioral health and hospice care practices
• Experience with catheter care and acute patient care is beneficial
• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient comfort and well-being

Requirements:

- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant program

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
