Monday-Friday 9am-6pm schedule

No weekends!

Start date: May 13th, 2024

In this position you will respond to emails, take inbound calls, document a customer’s financial situation, and assist customers with resolving their account.

You must have the following qualifications to be considered:

• 5 years of Customer Service experience
• Strong tenure with previous jobs
• Call center experience preferred
