LHH is currently searching for a Systems Analyst for our long-term client in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the advancement of the Centric PLM System (Product Lifecycle Management System) within the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for all Centric-related initiatives.
• Proficiently teach Centric usage, with expertise extending to technical and design aspects, including size charts and measurements, catering to both design and IT teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the implementation team, providing a technical perspective to drive process enhancements and optimize system utilization.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to elevate system proficiency across teams, emphasizing continuous learning and ensuring a deep understanding of Centric functionalities beyond basic creativity.
• Provide day-to-day support and serve as an SME for ongoing education initiatives, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues to enhance user experience and maximize system effectiveness.
• Support approximately 100 users, primarily designers, in navigating Centric, offering personalized assistance and tailored guidance based on individual needs and experience levels.
• Tailor responsibilities based on individual experience, accommodating transitions from technical design to administrative roles, and providing guidance for team members adapting to new roles or returning to system usage after periods of inactivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, encouraging team members to embrace change and explore new ways of utilizing Centric to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Possess the ability to teach other employees on the system, facilitating knowledge sharing and empowering users to become proficient in Centric independently.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and adaptability, effectively engaging with individuals who may resist change and collaborating with free-spirited employees to drive system adoption and achieve organizational goals.

Required Capabilities:

• Proven experience in utilizing Centric PLM System, with a strong technical background and expertise in design-related functionalities such as size charts and measurements.
• Previous experience as a technical designer and SME within the implementation team, demonstrating a deep understanding of Centric's technical aspects and its integration with organizational processes.
• Exceptional communication and teaching skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing user queries and system-related issues.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and tailor support strategies to meet the evolving needs of users and the organization.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with individuals resistant to change, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to embrace new technologies and ways of working.

Salary : 90k-110k
