Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking an Enrollment Specialist ! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic professional who is passionate about early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma. A college degree and experience in early childhood education is a plus.
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, hybrid schedule shifting between working at our Southfield office located at 20700 Civic Center Drive - Suite 500, Southfield, MI 48076 and working from home.
Compensation : $35,000 - $40,000 per year, based on education and experience up to $2,500 bonuses per quarter

- Offer
- Proactively contact and respond to prospective families via telephone, email, and SMS
- Establish rapport and build relationships via phone, email, or SMS in a high-volume call environment
- Provide timely, accurate information to prospective families and Premier directors to assist in enrollment decisions
- Coordinate and lead enrollment meetings with center directors
- Assist regional directors with the training and support of center directors with respect to the enrollment process and CRM system
