Security Bank & Trust Co. is Hiring a Personal Banker Near Glencoe, MN
Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking for a Personal Banker to educate and assist customers with their banking decisions. Hours include Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation.
Responsibilities
· Investigate issues with banking services and accounts
· Refer customers to inhouse financial experts, as needed
· Present financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
· Build long-term relationships with clients and cross-sell them our products
Skills
· Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations
· Familiarity with banking software
· Ability to work diligently to meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,500.00 per year
