As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for understanding Specialty’s products and services and how to position them as solutions to potential customer issues. You’ll make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to satisfy their regulatory and aesthetical standards. You must be adept at listening to needs and clearly explain practical solutions in an effort to apply Specialty’s products and services.
