What the Wine Bar Server does!

As a wine bar server, you’ll interact and provide excellent hospitality service to each of our guests to meet sales/club sign up goals and foster brand loyalty. Share the passion in every glass by providing our guests wine and charcuterie plates as they enjoy themselves at our beautiful outdoor wine bar. Working at our historic site, the day-to-day may include:

• Delivering a remarkable experience from arrival to departure while building rapport with our guests
• Informing guests of promotions, upsell and entice guests to sign up for our club membership
• Elegantly delivering and sharing information on wine and food options
• Collaborating with the wine bar team to maintain a positive, fun and productive environment

Requirements:

As a Wine Bar Server, you will bring :

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or winery experience preferred
• Wine sales experience preferred: ability to present and sell wines with sufficient knowledge
• Passion for wine in your day-to-day life
• Proactive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Weekend and all holiday availability a must!
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (WB107 is tented during winter)
• Repetitive motions including, lifting, pouring, and reaching
