Job Description
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative, primarily to support Omni One consumers via email and live chat through our website. This position reports to the Technical Support Manager and will also work closely with Virtuix’s Director of Operations.
This job will be primarily in-office, due to the need to coordinate closely with other team members and receive training on the product and its various functions and components.
Responsibilities
- Sort and prioritize incoming emails regarding customer orders, investor questions, or technical concerns, and answer all inquiries via email within one business day.
- Monitor Live Chat and reply to customers quickly and accurately.
- Provide assistance as needed to our technical support team for our Omni Arena arcade attraction.
- Track contact drivers and provide insight into frequently occurring issues.
Key Qualifications
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are sociable and enjoy talking with customers
- You are tech savvy and are familiar with PC hardware and software
- You have at least 1 year of experience providing technical support or customer service in a B2C environment
- Experience with PC gaming and/or virtual reality is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
