About Your Role

The construction operations analyst will support our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects by coordinating budgets, estimates, schedules, and analyzing project metrics. This position will be responsible for working with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and developing recovery plans when needed.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

• for planning EPC Projects
• in planning meetings
• in production planning and recovery planning
• / supports creation of schedules
• and analyzes schedules
• construction kickoff for EPC projects
• job book reporting requirements to project teams
• and Maintains Reporting Analytics for EPC Projects
• and analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• and maintain EPC risk registers based on schedule and KPIs
• the construction team with reporting related to earned value, inspections, daily reporting
• construction quantities and production curves
• risk register and gap analysis
• program level reporting on EPC project status
• / supports creation of EPC cash flows
• with milestone payment schedules
• cash flow reports to Clients and to upper management
• construction job books are completed
• with other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
