Getting the Job Done:

* Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality

* Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages and promptly responds to guest's requests.

* Anticipates guest's needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.

* Maintains current knowledge of all breakfast/evening items offered and the preparation and presentation standards.

* Keeps accurate logs of inventory and consumption.

* Keeps work area clean, stocked and organized.

* Sets up, re-stocks, cleans and breaks down the back and front of house area.

* Ensures attractive and consistent presentation of all food items.

* Adheres to property specific best practices and Brand standards for guest interaction, personal grooming, sanitation, food handling and guest safety.

* Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand your role ensuring guest satisfaction.

* Presents both warmth and professionalism when interacting with the guest and team members.

* Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.

The Experience for Success:

* Customer Service Experience

* State food handlers license

* Strong communication skills

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Willingness to work in in a fast- paced and physically active work environment.
