Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments in person, over the phone, and through email.

Help patients understand and complete necessary paperwork.

Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders and follow-ups.

Maintain and update patient records

Collaborate with the dental team to optimize scheduling efficiency.

Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, answering any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
