Job Summary:
The Project Director (PD) is responsible for the overall management of projects from acquisition through product completion. During the acquisition process, the PD will play a central role in author selection, content mapping, and leadership approval. During the development process, the PD will plan and adhere to a development cycle/budget and establish/maintain realistic development schedules. They will also directly manage the development of new print and digital projects. As a psychologist, the Project Director will serve as a primary PAR content specialist for the development of psychological test products. This person may also serve as a direct supervisor for various support positions in R&D, as assigned by the Director of Content and Production.
