As the People Operations Intern you will provide administrative support to the People Operations department. Throughout this internship you will be exposed to all aspects of the department including Employee Experience, Recruitment and Onboarding, Benefits, Leaves of Absence, Analytics, and Learning & Development. You will also be participating in key projects including Performance Enablement and Core (organization-wide project) Recruitment.
Responsibilities :

• Provides administrative support as assigned by the VP, People Operations and Manager of People Operations
• Maintains digital employee files
• Inputs data into various operating systems
• Assists in the administration of benefits and leaves as directed by the Manager of People Operations
• Prepares and analyzes various reports including monthly and annual reports
• Reviews bi-weekly change reports and assists in audits
• Assisting with internal employee events and activities
• Maintains confidentiality at all times
• All other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
For consideration, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college program pursuing an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Microsoft Office proficiency and experience is required.
