We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transitioning the HR system from BambooHR to a full enterprise UKG HRIS system.

Location : Hybrid in Manchester, NH

Contract Duration : 4-6 months

Salary Range : $44-66 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Partner with IT, Finance, and HR teams to ensure successful implementation of UKG HRIS
• Configure and set up modules within the UKG HRIS system
• Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging the full stack of UKG functionalities
• Lead payroll implementation and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Develop and implement robust reporting functionality and analytics capabilities
• Provide consultative guidance throughout the implementation process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system requirements and challenges

Qualifications :

• 5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS implementations, with at least 3-5 UKG implementations
• Expertise in configuring and setting up modules within UKG HRIS
• Strong background in analytics and reporting functionality within HRIS systems
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and talent management
• Previous experience with BambooHR and transitioning to enterprise-level HRIS systems is highly desirable
• Global SaaS experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to Manchester, NH or Boston offices as needed
