Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will work closely with our physical therapists to assist in providing exceptional patient care. Duties:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Provide support to patients during exercises or therapeutic activities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment:
This position may require working in a hospital or acute care setting. The Physical Therapy Aide must be comfortable working in this environment.
Please note that all positions at our facility are paid positions, including internships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
