To be successful in this role you will have experience in project management and operations, leading staff in delivery of infield projects, implement strategies to achieve program goals. Supporting the Energy Conservations Assistance Program (ECAP), you will have a direct impact on improving low-income family housing by helping residents save energy. The ECAP program installs insulation, draft proofs houses, and installs high-efficiency gas furnaces, all at no cost to the participants.
