Job Summary Full time position with benefits. Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional Age Youth (ACT-TAY) program. Providing excellent customer service and clerical support including triaging calls and coordinating communication between team and clients. Experience working in trauma informed atmosphere a plus. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the field of human services and/or office management preferred.
