Business Development Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team to serve as our Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep commitment to community service. This position involves managing partnership efforts in Lane County and other designated counties within the Southern Oregon region, fostering strong relationships with community partners, customers, and their families.

This position is located primarily in Lane County with required travel across Southern Oregon.

Job Type: This is a full-time remote position with required traveling

Salary: $55,000-$85,000 annually with a bonus structure in place for additional earnings

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships and/or community events to stimulate business growth and increase awareness within the I/DD community.
  • Increase customer engagement and generate referrals within assigned regions.
  • Monitor referral and intake activity, analyze performance metrics, and partner with the Director to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans for each region.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with our regional and private brokerage offices.
  • Ensure partners are staying informed of current programs and services within each region.
  • Organize and execute events and connection activities such as presentations and events to actively engage the community for the communities we serve.
  • Oversee budget for events
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the organizational objectives.

Job requirements;

  • Pass a criminal history background check
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license and auto insurance
  • 2 years prior relevant experience
  • 2 year college education
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
