We are now hiring for an experienced Inside Sales Representative.

Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for researching, coordinating, and managing assigned projects for homeowners, homeowner’s associations & specified projects with their DaVinci roofing project by performing the following duties.

  • Follows up with each lead that comes in via web or phone for potential DaVinci purchases
  • Works with outside sales to maintain a database of contractors to which leads should be referred
  • Tracks lead after they have referred to measure contractor success rates
  • Assists with technical questions, color and blend choice
  • Helps homeowners, architects & contractors determine what DaVinci product is best suited for their project
  • Establishes relationships with contractors in order to refer business
  • Creates & provides lists of installation addresses for the homeowner / architect to visit to see the DaVinci product already installed
  • Directly interfaces with company staff, customers, and subcontractors
  • Builds relationships with customers and proactively communicates throughout the selling cycle
  • Primary point of contact for qualified customers during the selling cycle
  • Tracks wins on projects from within assigned territory
  • Provides presentations to homeowners, architects or contractors, as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

  • Previous inside sales experience desired
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Detailed oriented with experience working within brand guidelines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to proof, edit and develop shipping documents
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people, both within the organization and outside customers
  • Work collaboratively as a team member; build excellent working relationships.
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, and TMS systems

Education

Required : High School Diploma

Technology

Required : Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Desired : Microsoft Office, JDE a plus
